Built in 2012, the hotel has an environmentally friendly solid waste treatment system which turns to waste into bio-fuel, as well as solar panels, helping the hotel to become a leader in the hotel industry in terms of environmentally-friendly practices. The air-conditioned hotel offers 136 guest rooms in total, and it has two meeting rooms as well as an auditorium which can seat 280 people.
