The bungalow complex lies at the heart of Chichen Itza archaeological park and has a separate entrance to the Mayan temple. It is 10 minutes from downtown Piste. Cancun International Airport is 3 hours.||The grounds comprise some 40 hectares of garden. The main building is constructed in the style of times gone by. A flight of steps begins in an open entrance area and leads into a reception area flooded with sunlight, richly decorated with antiques, ceramics and potted plants. There are a total of 41 rooms and 13 bungalows, which are interspersed around the trees and flower gardens. Built in the traditional Mayan style, the bungalows are constructed from wood, stone and marble from the local area and are topped with palm leaf rooves. The guests have access to a hotel safe, shopping amenities, currency exchange counter, table games, emergency medical service, cloakroom, tourist information office, car hire, laundry and room services, childcare and a parking space. All together there are 4 restaurants, offering a selection of Mexican, American and international dishes.||The accommodation blocks are decorated with ceramic, wooden and marble artworks and each comes with a fully equipped en suite bathroom with hairdryer. In addition, satellite/ cable TV, a radio alarm clock, a ceiling fan, 2 double or 1 king-size bed, a mini-bar, a balcony or terrace and an iron are all available to guests. The air conditioning is centrally regulated. It is possible to book accommodation with a view of the Mayan temple, subject to availability.||The hotel features an outdoor pool and a gym. Guests are also offered the chance to take riding excursions into old Chichén. Traditional dances are performed in the evenings. In the surrounding area there is an extensive range of archaeological and cultural sights.
