The villas are located in one of the quietest and safest areas of Puerto del Carmen, about 500 m from the centre. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy everything that a beautiful tourist area has to offer, without having to endure the overcrowded streets and the excessive noise usually found in such places. Everything they need, including restaurants, shops, links to the public transport network and the beach, can be found within 600 metres of the villas.||This small complex consists of 12 luxury villas with private pool and sea views. Each one have Wi-fi, alarm, private swimming pool,parking, terrace,barbecue and gardens. The management offers a reception service during the mornings, a cleaning service and a 24-hour emergency telephone number.||Each villa comes with a TV and is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. The villas each have an area of 110 m² and feature a spacious living room with an American kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and coffee machine. There are also 2 complete bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have twin beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and an in-room safe. Each villa also has a large terrace with gardens, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a sun deck, all completely private.||For a fee, guests can hire sun loungers and parasols on the nearby sandy beach. Additionally, each villa comes with a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.
