This apartment complex is located in the holiday resort of Almuñecar, in the first row of houses, looking onto the beach and only a few minutes walk from the centre.||The complex was renovated in 2001 and has a total of 150 apartments/ studios over 10 floors. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk and a lift. A bar, a hairdresser's salon, a TV lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant are also to be found within the hotel. In addition, the hotel has its own car park for those arriving by car.||The spacious apartments each come with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge as well as a balcony or a terrace. Further facilities include a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, individually regulated central heating and satellite TV. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.||In the 800-m² grounds, guests will find a pool and a poolside snack bar.
