This apartment residence is in Menton in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in the Alpes-Maritimes, at the gateway to Italy (3 km away). It is 15 km from Monaco and 30 km from Nice. Between sea and mountain, Menton is a small seaside resort renowned for its very pleasant microclimate, even in winter. An old mediaeval and Baroque town with outstanding gardens, markets, a casino and avenues lined with luxury hotels, Menton is lively year round. Go under the bridge, and continue for a further 100 m. Then turn left towards the Hôtel de Ville. The residence is on the left-hand side, 100 m after the police station.
